New numbers from Liberia show a dramatic decline in the rate of new Ebola infections, according to the World Health Organization.

The Washington Post reports some of the busiest treatment facilities are only half full.

The news has U.S. military officials re-evaluating plans to build 17 Ebola treatment facilities in the country.

The original plan was for each facility to have 100 beds. Now officials say some could open with as few as 10 beds.

So far, the United States has spent $360 million fighting Ebola in West Africa.
