A majority of Palestinians in Gaza support firing rockets at Jewish civilians in Gaza, as long as Gaza residents don't have open borders.

But the same number are unhappy with the results of last summer's war between Gaza's rulers in Hamas and Israel.

The results of this month's survey by the Palestinian Center for Policy and Survey Research showed 63 percent of Gazans expressed dissatisfaction with "achievements" in the 2014 war, when they are "compared to human and material losses."

The survey showed nearly six in 10 are unhappy with the unity government between Hamas and the Palestinian Authority, and 36 percent believe the Obama administrations's goal of a nuclear deal with Iran would be bad for the Arabs.

More than 2,200 Palestinians and 73 Israelis were killed in last summer's conflict in and around Gaza, and reconstruction in the Gaza Strip has been slow.

Palestinian terror groups recently broke a cease-fire that had lasted several months when they launched rockets into heavily populated areas of Israel. That ignited calls within Israel for the military to respond.
