President-elect Donald Trump, fresh off the Ohio kickoff of his "Thank you America Tour" is back in New York City holding more meetings.

Friday's meetings include:

  • Georgia Senator David Perdue.
  • Retired Admiral Jay Cohen, who previously served as an undersecretary of the Department of Homeland Security.
  • Former Secretary of Defense Robert Gates
  • Florida Attorney General, and big trump suppoter, Pam Bondi
  • Former UN Ambassador John Bolton
  • David Malpass, president of Encima Global and Trump campaign economic adviser
  • Democrat Senator Heidi Heitkamp of North Dakota

There's no word on whether Heitkamp or fellow Democrat West Virginia Senator Joe Manchin are being considered for cabinet positions.

This weekend both Trump and Vice President- elect Mike Pence are spending time with their families.

Next week, we're expecting more cabinet announcements starting Monday, when Trump formally announces retired General James Mattis as his Secretary of Defense.
