WASHINGTON – She was an outspoken conservative voice at CNN and on Wednesday Kayleigh McEnany, who’s now the chief spokesperson for the Republican National Committee, appeared on "Faith Nation" to talk politics and faith.
McEnany told hosts David Brody and Jenna Browder how she leaned heavily on her faith when she was a conservative commentator in a sea of liberals at CNN.
“My faith was indispensable to what I did at CNN,” she said. “It would get heated on set and I would always say a little prayer or ask God to guide the way I handled any given situation and he gave me peace and he gave me serenity amidst what was very combative and very tough.”
