Even with the troubled rollout of the president's health care plan, the administration is claiming success. However, many experts say the true measure of success will come with future elections.

Obamacare is expected to play a big roll in this year's mid-term elections as well as the 2016 presidential vote.

A recent Wall Street Journal-NBC News poll found that 70 percent of Republicans say they are more likely to vote for a candidate who pledges to repeal the health care law.

Almost every Republican running will stand on the pledge to wipe the law off the books, according the Wall Street Journal.

On the opposite side, 77 percent of Democrats say they'll vote for someone who pledges to keep the measure in place and work to make it better.

Most Democrats plan to support the law while running in the new elections.
