New Hampshire's Supreme Court upheld a state business education tax credit that funds scholarships to private schools.

Thursday's decision reverses a lower court ruling that said it was unconstitutional for religious students to receive the scholarships.

"[T]he petitioners fail to identify any personal injury suffered by them as a consequence of the alleged constitutional error, [and so] they have failed to establish that they have standing to bring their constitutional claim," the court ruled.

Meanwhile, Florida's largest teacher's union is suing to end a voucher program in that state.

The suit claims the program drains money away from public schools.

Most of the schools that use the vouchers are religious, and the main beneficiaries are students from low-income families.
