'Not Again!' Northeast Braces for More Bad Weather

The deadly winter storm that paralyzed the East Coast is still plaguing parts of the region. At least 21 deaths have been attributed to the treacherous weather.

Heavy snow, sleet, and rain slammed the region, snarling road traffic and grounding more than 6,500 flights nationwide.

More than half a million homes and businesses are without power.

The Northeast is bracing for even more of the same Friday.

"Every time it snows, it's like, 'Oh, not again,'" said Randal DeIvernois, from New Cumberland, Pa., which got buried under about 10 inches of snow Thursday. "I didn't get this much snow when I lived in Colorado."

Meanwhile, CBN's Operation Blessing is on the ground in Charlotte, N.C., partnering with a local church to help residents dig out.

"Operation Blessing has been a big blessing to us," Charlotte resident Ellie Weiss said. "It has helped take a lot of stress off of me and my husband and it's been just a wonderful thing that you guys are doing.

"It helped us a lot because my husband has a bad back," she explained. "He had surgery and he can't do anything, [no] heavy lifting. I just had knee surgery and I'm not supposed to be doing anything, lifting or slipping or falling or anything like that. So this was a great blessing for us today that you took the time to come out here to help us."
