LeCrae Record Artist Trip Lee a Rising Influence

LYNCHBURG, Va. -- Hip-hop artist Trip Lee is a rising star on LeCrae's Reach Records label. He is currently on tour with his new album "Rise" and his new book of the same name.

CBN News spoke with Lee on his visit to Liberty University. In this preview of Efrem Graham's upcoming CBN News story on Trip Lee, the artist talks about what inspired his book.

"In this particular book, I just wanted to address the crazy idea in our culture that while we are young our life and decision-making is not that important, or that God doesn't expect that much from us," he said. "That could not be more false."

Lee is an impressive performer and pastor. His heart inspired CBN News photographer Austin Rooney to produce this musical tribute to Lee's work.
