How this Christian University Is Teaming Up with Planned Parenthood

A Christian university is giving college students credit for working at an abortion facility.

Texas Christian University in Fort Worth is encouraging their students to get an internship with Planned Parenthood of Greater Texas (PPGT) to learn the history of the abortion giant.

Kristan Hawkins, president of Students for Life of America, was critical of the move.

"Instead of educating and equipping students on how to persuasively discuss the pro-life viewpoints and help women in crisis, they instead reward students for spending valuable time volunteering for an organization that ends the lives of over 325,000 innocent human beings a year," she said.

PPGT was a part of the undercover practice of harvesting and selling baby body parts, which was later exposed by the Center for Medical Progress (CMP).

One of the organization's abortionists was caught on film visibly excited about harvesting a baby's brain, according to Students for Life.

"I haven't been able to do that yet," the doctor exclaimed with laughter. "This will give me something to strive for!"

Since the videos' release, the abortion giant has denied selling the baby parts and sued CMP for producing the undercover footage.

Texas Christian University is asking students to research the history of the organization, provide "oral history" and interview local families who have been involved in supporting Planned Parenthood.

Students will receive three credit hours upon completing the research and providing a 15-minute presentation.

"And just think of the parents who thought their child would be receiving a valuable Christian-focused education at a private school. They are paying over $53,500 a year to be swindled," Hawkins said.
