Clif Barrows, the worship director for Billy Graham, has died at 93.

Bill Barrows, his son, told North Carolina TV station WYFF that his father died Tuesday suffering complications associated with aging. No formal cause of death has yet to be named.

On his profile page on the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association website he said, “The Christian faith is a singing faith, and a good way to express it and share it with others is in community singing.”

He traveled the world with Billy Graham leading music at his crusades. He and Graham first met, according to the website, while Barrows was on his honeymoon with his first wife, Billie (deceased), near Asheville, N.C.

These are the words of Cliff Barrows, music and program director for the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association, who once led congregational singing and Crusade choirs around the world with Billy Graham.
