Authorities in Washington state have yet to determine the motive of the man who killed five people, Friday night, at Burlington's Cascade Mall.

The Washington State Patrol identified the suspect as 20-year-old Arcan Cetin, a native of Turkey with permanent resident status in the United States. Police say there is no evidence of terrorism, but they haven't ruled it out.

Cetin was arrested Saturday night, walking down the street near his home in Oak Harbor, Washington. Officers say he appeared calm, almost in a "zombie-like state."

Cetin faces five counts of first-degree murder, according to Skagit County jail records. He will appear Monday in the county's district court.

Four women and one man died in Friday night's shooting at a Macy's store. Their identities have not yet been released.

"We feel confident we have the shooter," Sgt. Mark Francis, a state patrol spokesperson, told reporters. "Whether or not anyone else was involved, that will be determined."
