A gunman killed three men in Fresno after targeting them because they were white, according to authorities.

Kori Ali Muhammad was caught on foot by police after the shootings, and yelled, "Allahu akbar," when he was arrested.

However, police are not calling this a terrorist attack. Instead, they are calling it a hate crime.

Muhammad already showed signs of violent aggression on social media after referring to white people as "devils" and releasing a rap album containing violent, explicit, racially-charged lyrics.

His father says he believed he was a part of an ongoing war between whites and blacks.

Muhammad told police he wanted to kill as many white people as he could before he was captured.

He is also the suspect in the murder of a motel clerk last week, who was also a white man.
