Craft store giant Hobby Lobby is filing a Supreme Court brief today over the Obamacare contraception mandate.

The family-owned chain of stores objects to the rule that requires employers to subsidize birth control as a part of employee healthcare benefits, even if it violates their religious beliefs.

About 40 other companies have filed suit over the mandate.

The Becket Fund for Religious Liberty is representing Hobby Lobby.

The Supreme Court will decide whether the religious views of company owners can trump a government mandate.
