Most Americans say the president's healthcare plan has not helped them, according to a new Gallup poll.
Almost 60 percent say the Affordable Care Act has had little effect on their healthcare situation or that if it has had an effect, it's been negative.
Twenty-four percent say the law has hurt them, while only 14 percent say the law has helped them.
People with very low incomes, making less than $24,000 a year, are more likely than those with higher incomes to say that the law has been beneficial.
