The U.S. Supreme Court has denied a request from a group of doctors to block the implementation of Obamacare.

The Association of American Physicians & Surgeons and the Alliance for Natural Health USA wanted the doctor registration requirement blocked.

They say Congress passed the healthcare law incorrectly by starting it in the Senate instead of the House. Revenue-raising bills are supposed to originate in the lower chamber.

They also noted the doctor registration requirements will make it harder for independent non-Medicare physicians to treat Medicare-eligible patients.

Still pending is a decision on the contraceptive coverage mandate, which was challenged by a group of nuns.

Meanwhile, Sen. Ron Johnson, R-Wis., is suing a government agency for allowing members of Congress and their staff to get subsidies to help pay for Obamacare health plans.

He said that wasn't part of the original bill.
