Elections Spark Texas Voting Face Off

Primary voting in Texas has set the stage for the next gubernatorial election.

The state's current attorney general Republican Greg Abbott will face off against Democrat Wendy Davis for the office.

Davis is the state senator who gained national attention last year after leading a nearly 13-hour-long filibuster over abortion restrictions in Texas.

Abbott, meanwhile, has been the state's attorney general since 2003. He's also a former Texas Supreme Court Justice.
