Members of a Muslim tribe attacked three Christian villages in northern Nigeria this weekend, leaving more than 100 people dead in Kaduna state.

A village chief reported Faluni tribesmen gunned down innocent civilians, including a pastor and his children. The radicals also burned down hundreds of homes.

The Faluni are cattle-herders who have waged war with Christians over land, religion, and ethnicity over the years.

Nigeria's Christians are also targeted by the radical Islamic Boko Haram terorist group, which seeks to establish an Islamic state in the North.
