Campaign Analyst

The Christian Broadcasting Network (CBN) is a multifaceted nonprofit organization that producers compelling and inspirational Christian content, encouraging millions of people worldwide. We are looking for an innovative professional who will be responsible for the monitoring, reporting, and performance analysis of our marketing campaigns. This job will work collaboratively with the rest of our team on marketing goals and strategies, and driving campaign and workflow process improvements through in-depth understanding of CRM database and marketing campaign software such as Adobe Campaign.

This position will build, execute and deliver accurate workflows and audience data for assigned multi-channel campaigns to inform the Marketing team and optimize marketing plans. It will also perform close analysis of the marketing database to identify trends for prospect interactions, resulting in member conversion and interaction best practices.

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:

  • Experience developing technically-successful campaigns using SQL and campaign selection tools (Adobe Campaign or Unica preferred) on large relational databases
  • Strong analytical skills; including the ability to analyze raw data, draw conclusions and summarize actionable recommendations and their forecasted outcomes
  • Capable of working with large amounts of data to support or refute a hypothesis
  • Ability to thrive in a highly quantitative, fast-paced environment with changing business needs
  • High degree of initiative, personal responsibility and ownership
  • Strong critical thinking with problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines; strong time management skills
  • Ability to foster relationships with cross-functional counterparts and key stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Experience with Pivot Tables and other advanced Excel functions
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science or other related field; or equivalent work experience
  • Two or more years of experience in direct mail and/or email operations or SQL coding
