The Christian Broadcasting Network (CBN) is a multifaceted nonprofit organization that producers compelling and inspirational Christian content, encouraging millions of people worldwide. We are looking for an innovative professional who will be responsible for coordinating, executing, and monitoring integrated campaign planning, implementation, and evaluation processes. This savvy individual will be understanding strategy setting, hands-on implementation, project management, data analysis, and creative problem solving.

Daily responsibilities include managing, designing, and executing multiple multi-channel marketing campaigns to meet and obtain established Ministry goals.  They also include leveraging known strategies and best practices, as well as innovating and experimenting with new ideas to advance marketing efforts and help drive membership for the Ministry.

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:

  • High degree of initiative, personal responsibility and ownership
  • Strong critical thinking with problem solving abilities
  • Proven analytical and quantitative skills including an understanding of marketing/retention metrics
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines; strong time management skills
  • Ability to be both strategic and tactical to prioritize opportunities, test and implement successful campaigns
  • Ability to foster relationships with cross-functional counterparts and key stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication, planning, and project management skills with individuals at both peer and management levels
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science or other related field; or equivalent work experience
  • Two or more years of experience in direct mail and/or email operations or SQL coding
