Partner Relations Supervisor

Operation Blessing International (OBI), an international humanitarian relief and development organization, is seeking a highly-motivated Partner Relations Supervisor to work full time, Monday-Friday, from 12pm – 9pm.  This position will coordinate and provide exceptional service to Operation Blessing partners and prospective donors.  Partner relations activities consist of thanking and soliciting donors, tracking results, updating partner records and creating new partner accounts. 

The successful candidates will have the following qualifications:

  • Excellent customer service skills with ability to demonstrate empathy and personal commitment to donor needs and interests
  • Proven project management skills with the ability to independently manage multiple projects under tight deadlines, producing high quality output in a timely manner
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong ability to compose letters, edit documents, and create spreadsheets with critical attention to detail
  • Strong relationship building skills gained through outbound phone solicitation
  • Proficient in MS Office with ability to learn new software
  • Strong data entry skills with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and consistently meet goals and deadlines
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment and maintain confidentiality
