Remote Partner Service Representative (Nashville)– Full Time Openings



The 700 Club Prayer Center – greater Nashville, TN

The Christian Broadcasting Network (CBN) is looking for Full Time Partner Service Representatives to work remotely with our call center team.  This remote opportunity is ideal for a dedicated professional who is passionate about the mission of CBN and enjoys interacting with the public. This is a phone support position that will communicate with established and prospective CBN partners to encourage financial support, inform, and minister through prayer using accepted biblical doctrine.

To prepare you for this exciting opportunity, we offer:

  • Full-time Paid Training On-Site (4 Weeks)
  • All necessary equipment is provided
  • Available Work Schedule:
    • Friday through Tuesday (days off: Wednesday and Thursday) 
    • Thursday through Monday (days off: Tuesday and Wednesday)
  • Competitive pay at $11.50 per hour

Work from Home Requirements:

  • Able to come on-site one day per week during (90-day) Introductory period
  • Reliable high-speed internet access with a minimum of 5Mbps download speed and 1Mbps upload speed (no satellite dish, wireless internet service, or DSL)
  • Distraction-free home work environment

Qualifications:

  • Excellent listening skills and ability to empathize with others
  • Knowledge of the Bible and ability to pray concise, scripture-based prayers
  • Ability to communicate professionally with good oral and written communication skills, including proper use of sentence structure, grammar, and spelling
  • Good computer skills including use of Windows-based operating system, web browser, and email program with ability to learn new software
  • Comfortable working at a computer workstation for entire shift
  • Strong reading comprehension skills
  • Ability to work in a structured, fast-paced environment, and adapt to change
  • Ability to self-manage and take appropriate initiative
  • Strong ability to maintain consistent punctuality and attendance
  • Ability to work occasional holidays as needed
  • Excellent ability to maintain confidentiality and safeguard sensitive information
  • Experience with Call Center software a plus
