Four-time GRAMMY nominee Matthew West loves a good story.

In fact, his past three studio albums (The Story of Your Life, Into The Light, Live Forever) all feature songs inspired by stories his fans sent in to him.

His radio hit, "Grace Wins", has quite the origin story. It all began when a drug addict named Rob attended one of West's concerts, at his mother's request. 

Recently, CBN.com sat down with Rob and the singer/songwriter himself backstage at a local concert to hear more about the inspiration behind "Grace Wins".
