America's reigning "Queen of Clean" comedy Chonda Pierce will deliver a dose of laugher at inauguration festivities for President-elect Donald Trump.
The Family Research Council has tapped the Christian comedian for its inaugural ball on January 20.
Pierce has also been invited to the Presidential Inauguration itself and the Inaugural Prayer Service at the National Cathedral the following day.
"No matter what your take is, and that's a whole different conversation, this is the epitome of our democracy," Pierce told reporters.
In true Chonda fashion, she also joked this will be a lot of pomp and circumstance for a "little poor preacher's kid."
"I wish my mom was here to see it," added Pierce. "She would have loved to see me in a dress."
Pierce recently endured the loss of her mother and her husband as cameras rolled for a documentary on her life. It is an emotional journey she also shared with our CBN News entertainment show Studio 5.
The inauguration is predicted to bring 1 million people to Washington, D.C.
The Mormon Tabernacle Choir and The Rockettes have also agreed to perform at President-elect Donald Trump's inauguration ceremony.
