Only on Brody File: Passionate Mark Levin Says, 'I've Got a Lot of Soft Spots'

In an exclusive interview with The Brody File, radio talk show host Mark Levin says he gets riled up on the radio because he’s worried about America.

“I’m passionate because I’ve got a lot of soft spots,” Levin tells The Brody File. “Now and then, yes I get very, very passionate it about it. I don't do NPR talk but what you hear over the microphone is who I am.”

Levin’s new best-selling book, The Liberty Amendments is catching fire across the country. The Brody File interviewed Levin at his home (in his top classified secret underground bunker!) about his book that looks at amending the Constitution through Article V in which states would gather to hold a convention to propose amendments to the Constitution and then three-fourths of the states would need to ratify them.

It’s a bold proposal but Levin argues that liberals have done so much damage to the Constitution that something must be done.

David Brody: For a guy who is so fire and brimstone, on the radio you have a soft spot not just for America but any guy who writes a book about their dog (Levin’s book called, Rescuing Sprite) you’ve got a soft spot right?

Mark Levin: You know what? I’m passionate because I’ve got a lot of soft spots and I’m worried about this country and I’m worried about all the people that care about this country. I have children, too, and I have a family and it concerns me a great deal and so now and then, yes I get very, very passionate it about it.

I don't do NPR talk but what you hear over the microphone is who I am. When I sit and write a book at the table behind me with all the original texts and speeches and so forth that’s a different environment that I’m in. That’s just who I am.
