Only on Brody File: Mark Levin Proposes Term Limits for Supreme Court Justices

In an exclusive interview with The Brody File, radio talk show host Mark Levin is pushing for a new constitutional amendment that would term limit Supreme Court Justices.

“The justices have more power than the framers ever intended. They're involved in more things than they should be and there's no check on them,” Levin tells The Brody File.

Levin’s new best selling book, The Liberty Amendments is catching fire across the country. The Brody File interviewed Levin at his home (in his top classified secret underground bunker!) about his book that looks at amending the Constitution through Article V in which states would gather to hold a convention to propose amendments to the constitution and then three-fourths of the states would need to ratify them.

It’s a bold proposal but Levin argues that liberals have done so much damage to the Constitution that something must be done.

Mark Levin: The justices have more power than the framers ever intended. They're involved in more things than they should be and there's no check on them…Let’s say the American people absolutely reject what the court has done and what the court has done is the abomination and there’s no recourse?

Well, I’m suggesting there should be. Three-fifths of the states should have the power to override a majority decision, not re-write it but expunge it from the records or three-fifths of Congress. Not a popular vote, not majoritarianism but again you either believe in federalism, either you want to unravel this ruling class that has seized all this power or you don't."
