Only on Brody File: Mark Levin Says Americans Need to 'Rid Ourselves of 100 Years of Progressivism'

In an exclusive interview with The Brody File, radio talk Show host Mark Levin says his new best selling book, The Liberty Amendments is an attempt to, “start thinking for ourselves, rid ourselves of the propaganda, rid ourselves of 100 years of progressivism that's telling us what to do and how to think.”

The Brody File interviewed Levin at his home (in his top classified secret underground bunker!) about his book that looks at amending the constitution through Article V in which states would gather to hold a convention to propose amendments to the Constitution and then three-fourths of the states would need to ratify them.

It’s a bold proposal but Levin argues that liberals have done so much damage to the Constitution that something must be done.

Mark Levin: We understand that the country is head for a wall and fast.

We are unmoored from the constitution and a people see it. A lot of people do and what are we going to do about it?

Is right in the Constitution, by the way, might come from conservatives, definitely will come from Republicans in Washington and who run the establishment. Keep in mind that the American Revolution was supported by about 35 percent of the American people. About an equal number opposed it. The other third were pretty much ambivalent so it's not a question of having 60, 70, 80 percent of the population supporting a particular position. It's a matter of having people who will start articulating it, thinking about it. We have to start thinking for ourselves, rid ourselves of the propaganda, rid ourselves of 100 years of progressivism that's telling us what to do and how to think and look at the Constitution, embrace our heritage.
