CBN.com -18 YEARS OF REVIVAL
John and Carol Arnott are the founding pastors and presidents of Catch the Fire (formerly Toronto Airport Christian Fellowship) and oversee the Partners in Harvest network of churches.   Their home church came to the world's attention as the site of a revival, often referred to as the “Toronto Blessing,” in 1994.  From the beginning, John and Carol never felt qualified to lead such an explosive move of God, but despite their reservations, God used them to usher in a new revival that’s still vibrant today—18 years later!  “Carol and I felt that we were the least qualified to lead a revival that would eventually have worldwide impact,” John says.  Today, Catch the Fire has a growing family of churches spread across the globe, a training college with international campuses, missions programs and partnerships and special events. “Our desire is to reach the world with Jesus through the sharing of our values, equipping people and releasing them to bring revival to their nations,” the Arnotts say.  “We are passionately committed to walking in God's love and giving it away until the whole earth is filled with knowledge of the Glory of the Lord.”

As international speakers, John and Carol have become known for their ministry of revival in the context of the Father’s saving and restoring love.  As the Holy Spirit moves with signs and wonders, they have seen millions of lives touched and changed through God’s power and Christ’s love.  John is known for his teachings on the Father’s love, grace and forgiveness and the power of God manifest in their church.  Carol has embraced the message of intimacy, soaking, and healing and freedom of hearts.  Her desire is to see those in the Kingdom become lovers of Jesus Christ, and come into that place of intimacy, health and dependence on Him.  John and Carol travel extensively while continuing to oversee Catch the Fire and Partner in Harvest networks of churches. The Arnotts constantly redirect the attention of people away from the look of the manifestation and onto the fruit in the person’s life. “We are talking about a relationship with the King,” John says.

SOAKING PRAYER CENTERS
After considerable prayer, John and Carol along with the Catch the Fire team shifted their focus from a daily television program, “Catch the Fire,” to an interactive network of regional and local Soaking Center Coordinators.  “God gave us a two-fold vision,” Carol said. “First, to give birth to Soaking Prayer Centers around the world, and second, to equip them to reach one million lives with the Father’s love.”   ‘Soaking’ is a term used to describe the practice of expectantly waiting and resting in God’s love, rather than striving in prayer. As a result of soaking in God’s presence, people’s lives have been transformed from restored marriages to healed bodies. “In this new phase of ministry, we’re making seminars, conferences, and other training resources available around the world and have put local and regional coordinators in place,” says John. “God is releasing His River of Life among us, and He is inviting everyone to plunge in with boldness and enthusiasm! In Toronto, we have been in His River for over ten years, and it’s just as exciting and sweet and wonderful as it was when we first jumped in,” John said.

10-MINUTE WORSHIP
In 2010, Carol and John were traveling in Germany, and Carol was facing some health challenges.  They approached a doctor, who was involved in healing ministry, and asked for his help.  He shared with them that God had spoken to him about worship.  He told them that he’d felt led to take time to worship God every ten minutes, and shared that he’d directed others to do the same.  He said he’d seen many people healed after implementing this time of worship into their day-to-day lives.  Carol took his advice and implemented this worship time into her own life. Carol wears a timer that buzzes (vibrates) every 10 minutes. When it does, she purposes in her heart to re-focus on Jesus and worship him. Often, it is an outward display, but at times it is silently in her heart if she is in a conversation with someone and can't interrupt them. Whenever possible she stops what she is doing briefly to worship Jesus.  Carol was healed during her time in Germany, and has continued to put this purposeful worship into practice for the past 15-months.  She’s also encouraged others to do the same.   Carol has seen others healed, as well, after they started the 10-minute worship revolution.  John has since started doing the 10-minute worship intermittently, also.  Together, they’ve started a group on Facebook to encourage others to worship God.  “The goal of this group is to be a blessing, an encouragement and a forum where we can share testimonies, post photos and encourage each other as we worship the Lord every 10 minutes. We want to share in the good fruit of it together,” they say.

ECLPISE: IS IT A SIGN?
John has recently started discussing a natural phenomenon that he believes is worth taking time to address: a series of four lunar eclipses within a two-year time span.  “I think is certainly worth Israel’s leaders taking a look at this, just in case this ‘coincidence’ means something important for Israel’s security,” he says.  John shares that this unusual lunar sign of four total eclipses has occurred twice already in the recent past during a period in history that has been very significant to Israel.

1. On the first Passover, following the creation of the state of Israel, (April 13, 1949), and consecutively after that on Jewish feast days of Pesach and Sukkoth for 1949 and 1950. These lunar total eclipses occurred.

2. Similarly, in 1967, at the time of the Six Day War and the taking of the territories and the city of Jerusalem, they had the very same scenario. Four total eclipses (or blood moons) consecutively, again all on Jewish feast days of Pesach and Sukkoth for 1967 and 1968.  He goes on to explain that the previous two times this ‘signs in the moon’ occurred, there were very serious and significant wars in the Middle East involving Israel.

3. The 3rd time that we will have 4 total eclipses or blood moons occurring consecutively is on Pesach and Sukkoth, for 2014 and 2015, which is only 2 years away. One could speculate on whether a war with Iran, Libya and others might be possibilities on or around these dates, given the present hostile attitude of Iran. Defensive and preemptive actions, which may be deemed necessary by Israel over the next 3 to 4 years, could perhaps precipitate another invasion attempt by hostile nations.

4. There is, in addition a total eclipse of the sun at the 1st of the month two weeks before Pesach in 2015, which is a further sign in the heavens that something big is pending.
