Africa Prays for America
Hey America: Christians across the continent of Africa are praying for you!
Now strategic Christian leaders have called for a rally here in America to pray for this nation. On October 16, 2010, a group called the African Strategic Leadership Prayer Network (ASLPN) will host their first National Prayer gathering in Washington DC, where 50,000 intercessors are expected to unite in prayer for America. They are inviting Christians from all nations to join them in praying for this nation.
Mark your calendars to join ASLPN in prayers of repentance on behalf of America, next Saturday October 16th from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. in Washington DC. The event is free and open to the public.
Beginning at 10:00 am, believers will gather in prayer asking the Lord to move on behalf of America. Prayer sessions will be led by dynamic ministry leaders from many regions of Africa like Pastor (Dr.) William F. Kumuyi, Jackson Senyonga, Apostle Emmanuel Nuhu Kure, Brother Enoch Agbozo, Bishop Isaac Ogbeta, Rev. Francisca Zinyemba, Pastor J.O. Owoeye. American Ministry Leaders will include Rev. Billy Wilson, Dr. Bob Bakke, Dr. TL Lowery, Rev. Dr. Robert Stearns and many other special guests.
Strategically set at the US Capitol, this event is being coordinated by African Strategic Leadership Prayer Network in partnership with I Go Ministries Inc. African Strategic Leadership Prayer Network (ASLPN) is a Christian organization dedicated to prayer and intercession. African Christian Leaders from around the world will come together in unity and in obedience to the Word of God to release the anointing of prayer and bring people and nations back towards righteousness.
This day is about gathering the united body of Christ to seek repentance and exalt His name over our families, communities, and nation. Speakers, prayer and worship will alternate nonstop on Saturday from 10:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. Join us and bring your friends and family!
The leaders of ALSPN are encouraging as many as possible to fast the three days prior (October 13th, 14th, 15th), seeing this as a time to fulfill Esther’s call on behalf of America. “For if thou altogether holdest they peace at this time, then shall there enlargement and deliverance arise to the Jews from another place but thou and they father’s house shall be destroyed; and who knoweth whether thou art come to the kingdom for such a time as this?” (Esther 4:14)
