MINISTRY EVENTS
Pastor Benny Hinn recently held a crusade in Taipei, Taiwan where over 14,000 people gathered, including many from China, to worship the Lord. He explains, “People were crying out to God with such fervor and intensity. It’s something I will never forget.” They also held a meeting for ministry leaders in a ballroom that fit 1,000. It was so packed that they were sitting on the floor, many of whom were Chinese pastors wanting to learn more about the things of God.

Earlier this month, Pastor Benny held the World Evangelism Conference at Wembley Stadium in London on August 9-11th. There 10,000 people from 177 countries gathered. Pastor Benny also set apart time to speak to leaders where over 2,000 came together to hear the word of God.

While in Budapest, Hungary, Pastor Benny spoke at Pastor Sandor Nemeth’s Faith Church.  He has the largest ministry of churches with over 150,000 members. Also, they met with Deputy Prime Minister Zsolt Semjen who is Catholic. During the meeting, the Deputy Prime Minister shared that their biggest budget item is allocated for persecuted Christians. They spend that money on helping them get resettled and relocated to their homes. Pastor Benny then asked him, “What if they don’t have homes?” to which the Deputy Prime Minister replied, “If you hear of anyone that is persecuted without a home, send them to my country and we will take care of them.”

One of the things on Pastor Benny’s heart is the difference between the hunger for God that people have overseas versus the hunger for God of Americans. Many Christians who are suffering persecution overseas only want more of God but people in America are becoming increasingly cold to the things of the Lord. It is troubling and he is calling out to God to change this.
