Bought Their First Home in CASH

Dino and Jennifer Aungpe love to party. That’s their job. They run “Magical Productions Entertainment,” a company that rents out party equipment to kids and adults.

Dino shares, “It makes me feel happy to make other people happy.”

Jennifer shares, “I believe our business has been so blessed because we're so blessed, by our giving, by the seeds that we sow.  And just by his grace.”

Dino started the business while he was in college, and turned it into a full-time career. Then in 2002, Dino came to Christ. At that point, he started tithing and immediately he saw the results.

Dino recalls, “The percentages in growth I started to see after I tithed I would say was a good 15-20%. I saw that as evidence of God trying to show me His part after I done my part.”

In 2010, Dino and Jennifer felt God challenging them to give to a building project at their church. Even though the Aungpes’ were trying to save money for their first home they didn’t hesitate to give.

Dino shares, “So I said, ‘Okay, Lord. Your house before my house. We're going to give.’”

Jennifer shares, “It's especially important to really give to God's kingdom because you always get that back and you can't out give God.”

Not long after, their business expanded yet again. Instead of just renting out equipment to parties, they started doing so for corporate events. Some of their clients have included Stephen Colbert, Rachel Ray, and the Harlem Globetrotters.

Dino says, “We didn't have to call them, they had called us, which is a really nice surprise.”

Jennifer says, “Being able to do the rental equipment for broadcast television was awesome.  It was exciting.”

In 18 years, the Aungpes’ have seen business revenue increase ten-fold.

Dino shares, “The important thing is that we maintain our giving. I said to myself, ‘I can't afford not to give.’ So I stayed the course and as it turns out, 2018 turned out to be another best year yet.”

And, they were finally able to buy their home paid for in cash.

Dino says, “It was really incredible to finally know that we've done it, and the Lord helped us.”

Dino and Jennifer give the credit to God for blessing them because of their giving. One of their favorite places to support is C-B-N.

Dino shares, “My favorite thing about watching The 700 Club was World News. My giving is very important because it's going to a credible newsworthy source that has a biblical perspective.”

Jennifer says, “The ministry that I like best on the 700 Club is the support of the Home Front.  It's very important to me because my father is a Vietnam combat veteran. It’s super important to support our troops always.”

Today, the Aungpes’ are working their dream job and living in their new home. And they’re quick to tell people you can’t out-give God.

Jennifer shares, “You won't regret it.  Give it a try.  If you don't, you're missing out on a huge blessing.”

Dino says, “When you're obedient to the Lord, your one-plus-one is not going to equal two. Your one-plus-one may equal ten, twenty, or thirty, and that's called multiplication. God is looking for people to be bold, to trust Him. And if we will just do our first, the Lord will do His part.”
