Christian media trailblazer Jan Crouch has been hospitalized after a massive stroke on Wednesday evening. The Trinity Broadcasting Network family is calling on believers around the world to pray for her full recovery and healing.
TBN was founded in 1973 by Crouch and her late husband Paul and has now become the world's largest television network.
Crouch helped create and produce a number of television programs including "Praise The Lord," "Smile of A Child," "The Glory of America," and "Say Yes."
Now, she is resting comfortably and is being taken care of by physicians and famly members, the network explained in update on TBN's website Saturday.
"As she has throughout her entire life, Jan continues to place her trust in God, and draws strength from the promise of 2 Corinthians 1:3-4," the ministry said.
It is reported that Crouch was in good health earlier this month. She even participated in the Kenneth Copeland motorcycle rally.
TBN reaches a global audience with it 80-plus satellites and 20,000 television and cable affiliates, according to its website.
