Pro-Choice Democrat Rumored to Be Among Trump's Possible VP Picks

With just a week to go before the Republican National Convention, speculation is growing over who GOP presumptive nominee Donald Trump will pick as his running mate.

Indiana Gov. Mike Pence reportedly is very high on the list. The Washington Times reports several sources close to the Trump campaign, along with politicians in Indiana, believe there's an extremely high chance Pence is his pick.

Trump is also reportedly considering others, including retired Army Gen. Michael Flynn, a life-long Democrat.

Flynn has made it clear he parts ways with Trump on the issue of abortion, telling ABC's 'This Week" that women have to have the right of choice.

"These are difficult issues, but I think women … are the one that have to make the decision because they are the ones that are going to decide to bring up that child or not," he said.

Marjorie Dannenfelser, president of the national pro-life group Susan B. Anthony List, says the retired general's views "disqualify him" from being Trump's vice president.

"His pro-abortion position is unacceptable and would undermine the pro-life policy commitments that Mr. Trump has made throughout the campaign," she said in a statement.

Dr. Pat Robertson will be speaking with Donald Trump Tuesday on a range of issues. You can see that exclusive interview on tomorrow's edition of The 700 Club.
