Pence Talks to The Brody File after a 'Key' Rally in Keystone State
GETTYSBURG, Pa. -- On Thursday, Republican vice presidential candidate Mike Pence courted white blue collar conservative voters in strategic Gettysburg, Pennsylvania.
The town is in Adams County where 95 percent of the population is white. This is the Republican ticket’s strongest group of supporters which it needs to turn out and vote in order to win in November.
Of the people CBN spoke with inside the town hall, most had their minds made up to vote for Donald Trump and Pence but a few were still undecided. Two said they lacked enthusiasm for Trump but resolved to vote for him because of his running mate.
Following the townhall meeting, CBN's David Brody sat down with Pence for a one-on-one interview.
Pennsylvania is one of Hillary Clinton's firewall, must-win states and most polls show her with a slight edge over Trump. An upset in the Keystone state would greatly help Trump and Pence's chances of getting the 270 electoral votes needed to win the White House.
