Supreme Court to Review Revised HHS Mandate

The U.S. Supreme Court will review whether a revised version of Obamacare's contraceptive mandate still violates religious freedom.

Under the revised version, groups with religious objections to certain types of contraception don't have to provide coverage for it.

But the groups complain that being required to declare their religious objection makes them complicit.

That's because their insurers or insurance administrators still have to assume responsibility for providing the contraceptives.

The court will hear the case in late March.
