A Lasting Legacy: Former Student Remembers Justice Scalia

While some may envision the late Justice Antonin Scalia as a conservative ideologue, one of his former students remembers him differently.

Regent University law professor Brad Jacob studied under Scalia when he was a student at the University of Chicago Law School.

Later, after Scalia became a Supreme Court justice, Jacob argued several cases before his mentor at the high court.

On CBN's Newswatch, Jacob shared his personal memories of Justice Scalia and how his influence still guides him in the classroom and the courtroom.

Jacob also spoke about Scalia's lasting legacy and how, despite his reputuation as a staunch conservative, he sometimes sided with liberals on the court.
