It's a good weekend at the box office for family entertainment. "Zootopia" and "Risen" provide audiences with family-friendly films.

Plugged In film critics gave "Zootopia" a 4 out of 5 stars, with a mild warning for young children.

"Mom and Dad will easily see that there is yet another layer here. This bouncy pic is designed to deliver a thump-the-pulpit sermon against any form of discrimination in our world," movie reviewer Bob Hoose said.

"Risen," starring Joseph Fiennes, is holding strong at No. 3 in the box office. Plugged In gave the film a 4 out of 5 stars - but it also issued a heavy warning for young children because of some of the violent content.

Another film, "Eddie the Eagle" earned just 3 out of 5 stars, with mild warning for kids and teenagers.

Bob Waliszewski, director of Plugged In Online at Focus on the Family, shared his insight on "Risen," "Zootopia," and other films in theaters this weekend. Click play watch his take.
