The only person in custody who could face charges in connection to the Nov. 13 terror attacks in Paris is heading to court Tuesday.
Authorities detained Jawad Bendaoud moments after he gave a television interview in which he acknowledged giving shelter to two people from Belgium.
After six days in custody, Bendaoud was taken before dawn Tuesday to appear before a judge. The judge is expected to remand his custody.
Before police handcuffed and led him away, he said he didn't know who his borders were or what they had planned.
According to Mail Online, Bendaoud is a convicted killer and well-known gang leader whose criminal record includes 13 convictions since 2010.
The death toll from the bombings reached 130.
