North Korea is threatening to launch a "pre-emptive nuclear strike of justice" against South Korea and the United States.

The latest threat came after the US and South Korean militaries began large-scale joint exercises today.

"If we push the buttons to annihilate the enemies even right now, all bases of provocations will be reduced to seas in flames and ashes in a moment," the North Korean regime stated.

Last week, Kim Jong-Un ordered his nuclear commanders to be ready to launch "at any moment" after the United Nations imposed strict sanctions on the commuist regime for testing ballistic missiles.

North Korea often makes dire warnings when the U.S. and South Korea practice joint military drills.

The country has a small stockpile of nuclear weapons, but no one is sure if they are able to deliver them on missiles.
