The Christian Broadcasting Network (CBN) is seeking a Bilingual Videographer to produce national network quality video packages involving location lighting, video/audio recording, directing techniques, and field editing for the Spanish 700 Club.

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:

• Working knowledge of state-of-the-art video camera, lighting and audio production techniques and equipment operation
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in both Spanish and English, with ability to train others
• Working knowledge in digital camera, 4K and HD production, editing, animation, and graphics techniques
• Working knowledge of NTSC and PAL digital television standards as well as necessary conversion techniques
• Ability to perform remote production functions involving lighting, directing and audio recording to include operating as a one man band on field assignments
• Minimum of one year of experience in video field production, or a B.A. in video production
• Intermediate proficiency in Adobe Premiere Editing software
• Proficiency in MS Office and project management software tools
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to establish professional rapport with all levels of management, staff and outside public.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently and as an effective member of cross-cultural team
• Excellent time management and organizational skills with attention to detail
• Flexible with ability to work well under pressure and consistently meet deadlines
• Ability to give directions clearly, as well as take directions
• Ability to travel extensively and work nights and weekends
• Valid driver’s license and a good driving record
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time; ability to bend and lift up to 50lbs.
