The Christian Broadcasting Network (CBN) is seeking an experienced, and inspired, Bilingual Trainer to join our dynamic Contact Center team!  We are seeking a dedicated professional who is passionate about the mission of CBN and enjoys motivating and developing staff around fulfilling our mission of sharing the love of Christ through compassionate prayer ministry and outstanding service.

 

This person will work alongside a team of fellow trainers to schedule, prepare, and facilitate, training sessions for groups and/or individuals within our Contact Center, delivering content remotely using virtual learning environments and platforms (and on-site as needed). We need a training expert who can work in a dynamic team environment, assisting our Instructional Designers in developing content that will help to build knowledge, skills, and competencies necessary to serve our CBN Contact Center mission, as well as assisting our Quality Assurance team in identifying areas to strengthen compliance with CBN established standards for excellence.

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of training experience, or education equivalent, preferred
  • Fluent in Spanish and English
  • Knowledge of call center processes, metrics, and coaching behaviors to drive results is also preferred
  • Knowledge of learning theory, classroom presentation and delivery of online and self-paced training materials for both on-site and remote agents
  • Knowledge and familiarity with internet-based training and assessment software
  • Knowledge of the Bible and ability to pray concise, scripture-based prayers
  • Excellent oral and written presentation skills for various learning styles
  • Demonstrated organizational skill with attention to detail while handling multiple assignments
  • Computer skills with MS Office, especially MS Teams, MS Word and Power Point; experience with online learning management systems (LMS) and Instructional Design/authoring software is desirable
  • Adaptability and flexibility to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated organizational skill with attention to detail while handling multiple assignments.
  • Ability to work independently and as an active participant in a team environment
  • Ability to interact in a positive manner with staff and the public
  • Strong ability to maintain consistent punctuality and attendance
  • Ability to work occasional weekends and holidays as needed
  • Excellent ability to maintain confidentiality and safeguard sensitive information per department protocols
