Brand Manager/Director of Marketing

The Christian Broadcasting Network (CBN) is seeking a Brand Manager/Director of Marketing to develop and implement marketing strategies advocating Christian viewpoints and Biblical perspectives in support of Hispanic Americans.  This experienced professional will implement strategic cross-platform messaging to raise awareness and enrich donor engagement throughout the Hispanic-Christian community.

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:

  • Strong background in developing and implementing integrated messaging strategies and advocacy campaigns with track record of increasing engagement and revenue
  • Working knowledge of traditional fundraising, marketing and emerging digital media best practices
  • Fluent in Spanish and English languages required
  • Proficient in MS Office, digital/social media, CRM database software, marketing automation, and data visualization tools
  • Strong analytical skills across digital/social platforms with ability to analyze, monitor, evaluate and alter strategic marketing plans
  • Excellent oral, written and presentation skills with ability to cast vision and articulate the mission, goals, and values of the organization
  • Strong organizational, planning and time management skills
  • Proven ability to build consensus, work effectively across departments and interact with external publics in a positive and professional manner
  • Strong project management skills with ability to work well under pressure and consistently meet deadlines
  • Flexible with ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently and as a collaborative member of a team
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of training and experience
