Campaign Manager

Digital Optimization Center – Virginia Beach, VA

The Christian Broadcasting Network (CBN) is seeking a Campaign Manager who will coordinate and monitor integrated campaign planning, implementation, and evaluation processes.

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:

  • Proven analytical and quantitative skills including an understanding of marketing/retention metrics
  • Strong critical thinking with problem solving abilities
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines; strong time management skills
  • Ability to be both strategic and tactical to prioritize opportunities, test and implement successful campaigns
  • Ability to foster relationships with cross-functional counterparts and key stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication, planning, and project management skills with individuals at both peer and management levels
  • High degree of initiative, personal responsibility and ownership
  • Experience with marketing and database systems such as Iterable, Lytics, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 recommended, but not required
  • Capable of working with large amounts of data to support or refute a hypothesis
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science or other related field; or equivalent work experience
