Campaign Workflow Analyst

Digital Optimization Center – Virginia Beach, VA

The Christian Broadcasting Network (CBN) is seeking a Campaign Workflow Analyst to analyze audience interaction data on multiple channels to build, maintain, and optimize journeys and workflows. This experienced professional will implement solutions that complement internal marketing initiatives and support the organization's overall key performance indicators of conversion and retention.

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:

  • Strong analytical skills; including the ability to analyze raw data, draw conclusions and summarize actionable recommendations and their forecasted outcomes
  • Strong background in developing and implementing integrated messaging strategies and advocacy campaigns with track record of increasing engagement and revenue
  • Experience with marketing automation and database systems such as Iterable, Lytics, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 desirable
  • Working knowledge of campaign selection tool concepts, such as audience segmentation, channels, inclusions, exclusions, and workflows
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics recommended, but not required
  • Excellent oral, written and presentation skills
  • Strong critical thinking with problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent organizational, planning and time management skills
  • Proven ability to build consensus, work effectively across departments and interact with people in a positive and professional manner
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently and as a collaborative member of a team
  • Flexible with ability to work well under pressure and consistently meet deadlines
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science or other related field; or equivalent work experience
