Contact Center Trainer

The Christian Broadcasting Network (CBN), is seeking an experienced Trainer to join our dynamic Contact Center team.  We are seeking a dedicated professional who is passionate about the mission of CBN and enjoys motivating and developing staff.

This person will schedule and conduct training sessions for groups or individuals, delivering content remotely (and on-site as needed). We need a training expert, who is able to assist the Instructional Designers in developing content that will help to build knowledge, skill and competencies necessary to serve CBN Contact Center business goals, as well as assist Quality Assurance in identifying areas to strengthen compliance with CBN established standards.

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Call Center environment that includes experience in conducting training and/or coaching skills
  • Knowledge of learning theory, classroom presentation and delivery of online and self-paced training materials for both on-site and remote agents
  • Knowledge and familiarity with internet-based training and assessment software
  • Knowledge of the Bible and ability to pray concise, scripture-based prayers
  • Excellent oral and written presentation skills for various learning styles
  • Demonstrated organizational skill with attention to detail while handling multiple assignments
  • Computer skills with MS Office, especially MS Word and Power Point; experience with online learning management systems (LMS) is desirable
  • Adaptability and flexibility to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
