The Christian Broadcasting Network (CBN) is seeking an experienced Director of International Marketing to lead the strategy and direction of mass marketing, direct response marketing, offline and online fundraising, and donor development programs across all international offices. 

This professional will be responsible for the oversight of fundraising and prospect development programs designed to acquire new donors and contacts, while helping creative and fundraising teams build a robust donor pipeline in support of ministry initiatives and goals.

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of Direct Marketing, TV Development and Internet best practices and procedures
  • Strong knowledge of fundraising and marketing principles and practices
  • Proficient in MS Office, digital/social media, CRM database software, marketing automation, and data visualization tools 
  • Strong leadership skills with ability to direct, lead and motivate a team 
  • Strong ability to strategize, implement and integrate marketing campaigns and development programs with specific objectives 
  • Critical thinker with ability to analyze, problem solve, and make sound decisions 
  • Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills
  • Strong project management skills with ability to work well under pressure and consistently meet deadlines
  • Ability to manage and administer a budget
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills  
  • Proven ability to network, build consensus, and establish rapport with all levels of management, staff and outside public 
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently and as a collaborative team member within a cross-culture work environment
