Fundraising Campaign Manager

Development Integration – Remote (U.S. based)

The Christian Broadcasting Network (CBN) is looking for a marketing professional to implement and manage fundraising campaigns integrated with direct mail, call center, digital platforms, and broadcast media.  This position will collaborate with department leadership and various stakeholders to:

  • Provide strategy and messaging support to help achieve the greatest impact on fundraising goals and donor development.
  • Provide in-depth reporting of CBN marketing and development campaigns to identify inefficiencies and optimize for both revenue and ministry goals.

This role will require a balanced ministry and fundraising POV in order to achieve the organizational and departmental strategic plan while maintaining a donor-centric experience.

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:

  • Previous cross-channel marketing experience working in a large and diverse fundraising environment
  • Proven results with multi-channel fundraising strategies and creative campaigns
  • Fundraising experience in direct mail, digital media, and telephony
  • Experience implementing direct response optimization and testing strategies
  • Experience with CRM, Dynamics in the Cloud, Adobe and Office Suite
  • Robust understanding of how financial, psychographic, and persona-based segmentation work to drive donor behaviors and brand affinity
  • Proficiency in marketing automation and journey mapping technologies
  • Strong analytical skills and an ability to effectively communicate complex ideas
  • Excellent oral, written and presentations skills
  • Strong project and time management skills with keen attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively with all levels of management, and with cross-functional teams
  • Strong ability to work well under pressure and consistently meet deadlines
