Development Integration – Remote (U.S. based)

The Christian Broadcasting Network (CBN) is seeking an experienced professional to manage digital media ad buying and implement campaigns across various applications, platforms, and media types (video, mobile, display, email, search, social media, and apps).  This position will manage paid digital advertising budget allocations for multiple departments, design and execute direct response and brand marketing campaigns, and assist the Director with the creation and implementation of various strategic initiatives.

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:

  • 4+ years of relevant online marketing experience, with a track record of success in direct response fundraising and brand marketing through the online display channel across various applications, platforms and media types (video, mobile, display, email, search, social media and apps).
  • Extensive experience buying media, designing and executing display advertising campaigns, and managing budgets for multiple departments simultaneously while running campaigns at significant volume.
  • Knowledge of SEM, current industry trends, and technologies to include experience managing pay-per-click and be familiar with the latest tools and techniques to improve ad relevance, score and position.
  • Experience managing search-marketing platforms: Google Adwords, Yahoo Marketing Solutions, and MS AdCenter.
  • Experience managing display retargeting campaigns and networks.
  • Experience using social marketing platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Google+ and YouTube.
  • Must have experience with at least one demand side platform, real-time bidding and/or exchange (such as Right Media Exchange, 24/7 Real Media, AdReady, Simpli.fi, Invite Media, etc.).
  • Understanding of statistics and web analytics with ability to organize and interpret large amounts of campaign performance data.
  • Experience in Direct Marketing.
  • Working knowledge of Ad Serving systems is a plus (e.g. Double Click DART, Atlas, Open Ad Stream, ADTECH Helios IQ).
  • BA/BS degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Computer Science or related equivalent experience.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Superior copywriting and editing skills.
  • Self-motivated with ability to multi-task, prioritize and enjoy the challenge.
  • Ability to stay informed of new and emerging media, technology, and trends.
  • Experience in the non-profit sector a plus.
