Digital Optimization Center – Remote (U.S. based)

The Christian Broadcasting Network (CBN) is seeking a Marketing Analyst to analyze audience interaction data on multiple channels to build, maintain, and optimize journeys and workflows. This experienced professional will implement solutions that complement internal marketing campaigns and support the organization's overall key performance indicators of conversion and retention.

Daily responsibilities include providing data, analysis, forecasting, modeling, and trends to inform the Marketing team and optimize marketing plans.  It also includes analysis and identification of trends for prospect interactions resulting in member conversion and interaction best practices.

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:

  • Strong analytical skills with ability to analyze raw data, draw conclusions and summarize actionable recommendations and their forecasted outcomes
  • Strong background in developing and implementing integrated messaging strategies and advocacy campaigns with track record of increasing engagement and revenue
  • Experience with marketing automation and database systems such as Iterable, Lytics, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 desirable
  • Working knowledge of campaign selection tool concepts, such as audience segmentation, channels, inclusions, exclusions, and workflows
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics desirable
  • Excellent oral, written and presentation skills
  • Ability to work with large amounts of data to support or refute a hypothesis
  • Strong critical thinking with problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent organizational, planning and time management skills
  • Self-motivated with ability to consistently meet deadlines through effective prioritization of assigned tasks
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to foster relationships with cross-functional counterparts and key stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Flexible with ability to thrive in a highly quantitative, fast-paced environment with changing business needs
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science or other related field; or equivalent work experience
