Press Operator

Graphics Production – Virginia Beach, VA

The Christian Broadcasting Network (CBN) is looking for a Press Operator to join our Graphics Production team.  We are seeking a dedicated professional who can perform all duties and tasks necessary for the operation of an Itek and Halm (Jet) press. 

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:

• Working knowledge of lithographic, offset printing, small press operations, and basic small press maintenance
• Ability to match job/client specifications by achieving proper color, positioning and registration on presses
• Ability to perform routine maintenance with good manual dexterity (including rollers and proper lubrication for specified presses)
• Ability to be flexible and handle multiple tasks
• Ability to work well under pressure with tight deadlines
• Ability to work either independently or as a team member depending on project
• Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers and clients in a positive manner
• Ability to organize and maintain a clean, orderly work environment
• Ability to stand for long periods of time, and lift up to 60 lbs.
