Operation Blessing (OB), an international humanitarian relief and development organization, is seeking a highly-motivated Senior Procurement and Corporate Relations Manager to join their team of relationship-driven professionals!  The ideal candidate will be able to effectively communicate the mission of Operation Blessing to companies with resources that can be used to support hunger relief, medical, and disaster response programs.  We are looking for an innovative networker who can motivate and inspire others.

Our Senior Procurement and Corporate Relations Manager will successfully build and maintain corporate partnerships to acquire resources and funding, and manage the facilitation and documentation of procured resources in support of our national and international programs. 

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:

  • Strong experience managing corporate accounts for sales, funding, or gifts-in-kind
  • Demonstrated ability to create and implement strategies for the development of both product and cash donations in order to meet resource and cash goals
  • Excellent ability to consistently conduct and present in virtual meetings with active and potential corporate donors
  • Strong management skills with ability to train and motivate a team
  • Strong ability to service existing accounts and establish new donors by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential donation outlets
  • Self-motivated to perform in order to ensure highest level of corporate engagement
  • Ability to develop and implement growth strategies and evaluate program effectiveness
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office, Access, and Salesforce or similar Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database systems
  • Excellent oral, written, and corporate-level presentation skills with ability to persuasively articulate the mission of OB.
  • Strong project and time management skills with ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Excellent interpersonal and networking skills with ability to establish professional rapport with all levels of OB staff and outside public
  • Ability to take initiative, work independently and be an effective member of a team
  • Flexible with ability to work well under pressure and consistently meet deadlines
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally, when necessary
